Shipping Policy?

As stated in the description of all product posts, shipping will usually take up to 1-2 weeks. This may vary depending on your location, custom orders, or the time it takes to handmake our products. We try our best to get all orders out in a timely manner! If you need an item before a certain date, please email, summerlounge@yahoo.com with all questions.

Once an item has shipped, Summer Lounge Club is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Standard Shipping in the USA: $7

Standard Shipping to CAN and INTL: $25

Refund Policy?

We have a 2 week return policy. You have 2 weeks from the date of delivery to return an item.

To be eligible for return:

  • The item is in the same condition in which you received it

  • The item is unworn or unused

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return you can email us at summerlounge@yahoo.com

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address. A refund will be issued once we receive the returned item. Please note, items sent back without prior return approval will not be eligible for a refund.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Custom orders

  • Sale items

We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchange Policy

As for our exchange policy, we only accept SIZING exchanges! You cannot exchange one product for another. Feel free to reach out to us at summerlounge@yahoo.com with all questions regarding size exchanges.

$7 exchange fee inside US, $20 for outside US*
